Chip's Foster & Care

Turning Love, into Action.

At a Glance, making a difference.

Trap, Neuter, Return

The only effective and humane way to control Feral Cat populations is TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return.) We work with colony feeders to arrange a day/time to trap.  Then, we partner with AdvoCats and their Spay/Neuter Clinics.  Once the cats are sterilized, we return them safely to their home to live out their natural life (without breeding.)  If you are aware of cats that need to be sterilized, please let us know.

Foster

Big Island has some incredible adoption agencies, but sometimes they get a little overwhelmed.  We step up and provide a temporary home.  Whether these agencies run out of physical space, unable to give care/time for a newborn or any other issue... we are able to step in.

Colony Management

The Feral Cat population in West Hawaii NEEDS help!  On a daily basis, we visit our colonies to ensure all cats are healthy and have access to food and MOST importantly, water.  Additionally, we ensure that all cats have gone through TNR.  Are you aware of Feral Cats without a caretaker or would like to be a caretaker, please let us know.
